Arcads has a 2.6 TrustScore from 186 Trustpilot reviews, with 48% one-star. The complaints are cost relative to usable output, videos that miss the brief and refund emails going unanswered, and its plan prices are not published on the public site. The other reason people look elsewhere is that Arcads only makes the video: launching it, building the page and posting are separate jobs.
Arcads does not publish its plan prices: the homepage shows no plans, and arcads.ai/pricing returned a not-found page when we checked. No free plan is listed. Its help centre describes a free trial of 72 hours that needs a card at sign-up, includes 1,000 credits and moves to the Starter plan unless you cancel.
Vibiz has no free plan or trial: Pro is $79 a month, or $63 a month billed yearly, Ultra is $229 a month, and ads you launch carry a service fee on the ad budget of 20% of the first $100 a day, 5% of the part up to $1,000 and 1% above that.
For a side-by-side view of the two products, see Vibiz vs Arcads.
Arcads is good at one thing: AI actor video. Its homepage lists 1,000+ actors, custom actors from a single headshot, translation in more than 30 languages and the newest video models, and its help centre describes a workflow canvas that runs one script across ten actors in two languages in a single run. If that is exactly what you need and the output works for your product, the only like-for-like alternative is Creatify, which offers a smaller but still large actor library, public pricing, a free plan and an ad launcher.
If you are leaving because of the bill or the uncertainty around it, look for tools with published prices. Creatify lists Standard at $12/month, Predis.ai starts at $19/month billed yearly, Pencil at $14/month and Vibiz at $79 a month, all on their public pricing pages. Arcads tells you the price inside the app after a 3-day trial that converts automatically.
If you are leaving because video is not enough, Vibiz is the one tool on this list that makes the creative and then launches the Meta and Google campaign, builds the landing page with checkout and schedules the posts, with an agent that acts inside the workspace. Predis.ai covers the social calendar and UGC-style video ads cheaply but does not launch campaigns.
Icon and Jasper are different animals. Icon now sells human-made UGC ads for $1,000 a month and says it uses no AI; it is an alternative only if you want real creators. Jasper is a per-seat content workspace for teams and does not describe video ads.
The same script everywhere. Run one script through Arcads, Creatify and Predis.ai and compare lip sync, product handling and how closely the result matches the brief. Arcads reviewers on Trustpilot describe videos that look nothing like the demo ads; a side-by-side test is the only way to know whether that applies to your product.
The real cost per usable clip. Arcads bills talking actors at 800 credits per minute per actor, rounded up, so a 15-second clip costs the same as a 60-second one. Count how many clips you keep from a month's allowance and divide the price by that number. Vibiz Pro is a flat 250 generations and 50 posts.
The cancel path. Arcads' trial charges your saved card for Starter at 72 hours unless you cancel from Billing. Predis.ai's trial also takes a card and bills on day three. Find the cancel button before you start.
The step after the video. If the ad needs to go live, test the launch flow. Vibiz shows its service fee on ad budget before launch: 20% of the first $100 a day, 5% of the part up to $1,000 and 1% above that. Pencil's pricing page lists launching and tracking ads on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Display, DV360 and LinkedIn.
Arcads is the deepest AI actor tool on this list and the one with the least pricing transparency and the weakest reviews. Creatify is the direct alternative with public pricing and a free plan. Predis.ai and Pencil are the budget options. Vibiz is the choice if you want the campaign, the page and the posts handled as well as the creative.
