Vibiz Inc. (“Vibiz”, “we”, “us”) runs vibiz.ai, the Vibiz application, the Vibiz API and MCP server, and the Vibiz analytics SDK (together, the “Service”). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
For your own account and workspace data, Vibiz is the data controller. For the data of your website visitors, leads and customers that flows through funnels, inboxes and the SDK, you are the controller and Vibiz processes it on your behalf (see section 3).
Account information. Your name, email address and sign-in method (email, Google or another provider handled by Clerk), plus your plan, language and notification settings.
Workspace and business information. The website or social profile you import, your brand assets, products, offers, customer profiles, knowledge base, business answers you give during onboarding, and the goals and budgets you set.
Content you create. Prompts, uploads, generated images, videos, copy, posts, websites, campaigns and your conversations with the Vibiz agent.
Connected accounts. When you connect a platform we store the access tokens, account, page and ad-account identifiers, and the posts, campaigns, comments and performance data those platforms return for the accounts you connected.
Payment information. Stripe processes your card. We store your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, invoices, credit balance and usage history. We never see or store full card numbers.
Usage, device and diagnostics. Pages and features you use, clicks, session replays for troubleshooting, browser and device type, IP address, approximate location, error reports, and the referral, campaign and ad-click identifiers that brought you to Vibiz.
Support and communications. Messages you send us through the in-app chat, email or calls, and your responses to surveys and reviews.
Vibiz may process personal data about people who are not our customers but yours: visitors to websites and funnels built with Vibiz, leads who fill in your forms, buyers who check out through a Vibiz funnel, people who message your connected inboxes, and events (such as page views, sign-ups and purchases) that the Vibiz SDK records on your own website when you install it.
The Service uses third-party AI models to generate content and to understand your business. When you run a generation or talk to the agent, the relevant prompts, business context and assets are sent to the model provider for that task under our contract with them. Providers are listed in section 6 and process this data to return a result to you; they do not receive your account or payment details.
We do not use your content to train Vibiz’s own models. Our contracts with model providers do not allow them to use your content to train their models. Read our AI training data policy for details.
We do not sell personal data. We share it with the service providers that run parts of the Service for us, each bound by a contract that limits what they may do with it:

We use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in and security (essential), for product analytics and session diagnostics (PostHog), and, on our marketing pages, for advertising measurement pixels from platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Microsoft and OpenAI. You can control cookies in your browser settings; blocking essential cookies will stop the Service from working.

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, UK GDPR and the CCPA) you may have the right to:
To exercise a right that is not available in the app, email support@vibiz.ai from the address on your account. We respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
