Vista Social is a capable suite, and its pricing reflects that. As of October 2026 Professional is $99 a month ($950 a year) for 15 profiles and two users, Advanced $199, and Scale $449 for 70 profiles. X is a separate add-on on every plan, web listening starts at $75 a month, and employee advocacy past three advocates costs $199 a month for 25 employees. For an agency with dozens of client profiles and a busy inbox, that bundle is good value.
The teams that leave tend to fall into three groups. Some realise they use the calendar and little else, and are paying suite prices for a scheduler. Some want a different shape of tool, priced per user, with a heavier inbox. And some are not social teams at all: a founder or a small shop that bought a management suite and found it does not produce a single post or ad.
Mostly the calendar. Publer does the scheduling for $5 per social account a month, with CSV bulk uploads, recycling and a free plan. Metricool adds stronger analytics priced by brand. Either can cut the bill sharply if listening and DM automations sat unused.
Agency workflow, lower price. SocialPilot keeps client approvals, white-label reports and review management, with Premium at $100 a month ($85 billed yearly) for 25 accounts and six users, and X included. It lacks DM automations and web listening.
A heavier inbox. Agorapulse charges per user and centres everything on the inbox, including moderation of ad comments from Professional, with a 30-day trial. Hootsuite is the enterprise option with listening and a large integration marketplace, from $99 per user a month billed annually.
Content, ads and a page. Vibiz is a different category. It reads your site, designs posts and ad creatives from your real product, publishes to 11 networks after you approve, launches Meta and Google campaigns, and builds a landing page with checkout for the traffic. It has no review inbox, listening or white labelling, so an agency that needs those should stay with a suite. A business that needs things made should look at Vibiz at $79 a month, or $63 a month billed yearly.
Export a month of Vista Social usage before you trial anything: how many profiles, how many inbox items, how many reviews answered, how many reports sent. Any feature at zero is one you can drop. Then trial the cheapest tool that covers what is left. If the honest answer is that the inbox was quiet and the calendar was empty, the gap is content, and the Vibiz vs Vista Social comparison is the better starting point. See also AI ads in Vibiz.
