Affiliate Program Terms

Effective: August 1, 2026 · These terms apply to all partners in the Vibiz affiliate program. By keeping your affiliate link active after the effective date, you accept these terms.

1. What earns a commission

You earn 30% recurring commission on customers you genuinely bring to Vibiz:

  • The customer's Vibiz account is created through your link — they click your link and sign up. Attribution is first-touch: the partner whose link created the account owns the customer.
  • Commissions apply to their subscription payments and renewals for as long as attribution stands.

We love — and actively want to reward — partners who create demand: content creators, YouTube videos and tutorials, community owners, newsletters, honest reviews, Reddit posts, and social content. If you make people discover Vibiz, this program is for you.

2. What does not earn a commission

  • Existing Vibiz users and customers. If someone already has a Vibiz account before touching your link, they are not attributable to you — including when they upgrade later. Our system enforces this automatically.
  • Paid search traffic. Commissions from Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads clicks are automatically blocked, regardless of keywords.

3. Prohibited practices

Violation means commissions are voided; repeat or egregious violation means removal from the program and forfeiture of any unpaid balance.

  • Bidding on Vibiz brand terms on any ad platform: "vibiz", "vibiz ai", "vibiz.ai", misspellings, or brand + word combinations ("vibiz login", "vibiz discount", "vibiz review", and similar), in any language or region.
  • Brand-capture pages SEO or doorway pages, "official discount" or coupon-code pages, or review pages that target people searching for Vibiz by name and route them through your link.
  • Masked or forced clicks auto-redirects, iframes, popunders, link cloaking that hides the destination, or embedding your link where the visitor did not intentionally click it.
  • Self-referrals and referring accounts you control.
  • Incentivizing existing users to create duplicate accounts through your link.
  • Impersonating Vibiz or presenting yourself as an official Vibiz page or support channel.

4. Attribution corrections

We continuously reconcile attribution against our own billing records. Where a customer was linked to a partner after already being a paying Vibiz customer, that attribution and its commissions are void and will be removed. This is automatic and not negotiable — it protects the pool for partners who bring genuinely new customers.

5. Housekeeping

  • Payouts follow the schedule and thresholds shown in your Tolt dashboard.
  • We may update these terms with 7 days' notice via email and the Tolt dashboard.
