Facebook ads budget calculator
An assumption until you enter yours: how many visitors buy or sign up.
Benchmarks come from published samples across regions. Ad spend is billed by Meta in your own account.
Daily budget including the Vibiz fee
$12/day
Range $5.17–$15 a day, about $360 a month.
- Cost per lead
- $3.10–$9.00
- Leads a month at $12/day
- 32–92
- Clicks a month
- 640–1,858
- Vibiz fee at this budget
- $2.40/day
At this budget, $9.60 a day goes to Meta after the Vibiz fee. The result estimates use that media spend; your subscription is separate.
About 9 leads a week, under the ~50 Meta's learning phase looks for. Run one ad set, and expect results to settle more slowly.

How the calculator works
The budget is simple arithmetic, and the inputs are what make it honest.
Daily budget = (results you want per month ÷ 30) × cost per result
The cost per result depends on your goal:
- Leads. Where the industry has a cited cost per lead from lead-objective campaigns, the calculator uses it directly. Where it does not, it divides the cited cost per click by a conversion rate: your own if you enter one, otherwise the cited industry rate for lead campaigns when there is one.
- Sales. Cost per click divided by your site's conversion rate. Sales benchmarks vary too much by product to cite one industry number, so the rate is yours to enter; the calculator starts from 2% and labels it as an assumption.
- Website visits. The cited cost per click.
Every number comes from a source we fetched and dated. When two or more sources report a metric for your industry, you get the lowest, the median and the highest value they report, never an average invented from them. When one source reports it, you get that value and it is labeled as a single source. When none does, the calculator says so instead of guessing.
It then shows what the middle budget buys in 30 days, whether the weekly volume can carry one ad set out of Meta's learning phase (about 50 results a week), and the Vibiz platform fee at that budget.
Worked examples
A gym that wants 40 leads a month. LocaliQ reports a $27.11 average cost per lead for lead campaigns in its Health & Fitness category. 40 leads ÷ 30 days × $27.11 is about $36 a day, or roughly $1,084 a month. That is about 9 leads a week, well under the 50 the learning phase looks for, so the plan is one ad set with one offer, judged over two to four weeks rather than days. Launched through Vibiz, the fee at $36 a day is $7.20.
A restaurant that wants 1,500 website visits a month. Three sources report a cost per click for restaurants between $0.16 and $0.45, with a median of $0.36. 50 visits a day × $0.36 is $18 a day, with a range of about $8 to $23. At $18 a day the month buys roughly 1,200 to 3,500 clicks depending on where in that range your costs land.
These are starting points. The first two weeks of your own data are worth more than any benchmark, and the CPC calculator and CPA calculator turn that data into the same units so you can compare.
How to read the result
- The middle budget is your test budget. Run it for two weeks without changes, then move it up or down by what your real cost per result turns out to be.
- If the budget comes out very small, you will still get results, but slowly, and each one tells you less. Our answer on the minimum budget for Meta ads covers how low you can usefully go.
- If the learning-phase note says you are under, don't split the budget across several ad sets or audiences. One ad set, two or three creatives.
- Check the economics before you scale. A lead or sale has to be worth more than it costs. The ROAS calculator and break-even ROAS calculator tell you where that line is.

Limits
Benchmarks describe other advertisers' accounts, averaged across objectives, creatives, countries and seasons. Your creative, offer and landing page move your costs more than your industry does, often by more than the whole benchmark range. Costs rise in November and December when retail competition peaks. And a budget calculator cannot tell you whether the people who click will buy; only a launched campaign can. When you are ready, "Launch this budget with Vibiz" carries your industry, goal and daily budget into the launch so you don't re-enter them, and the AI ads manager runs the campaign from there.
