Copy.ai started life as a copy generator, and many people still search for it that way. The product on copy.ai today is something else: a GTM AI platform for sales and marketing teams. The homepage leads with a Prospecting Cockpit that researches accounts and drafts outreach, inbound lead processing that enriches and engages new leads, account-based marketing research, translation and localization, and deal coaching from sales call transcripts. It claims 17 million users, 2,000+ integrations and model-agnostic AI. Content creation is one of six use cases, not the whole product.
Vibiz sits on a different axis. Paste your website and it pulls out your brand kit, then makes the ads: statics, carousels, UGC-style video and product photos, each editable by describing the change. From there it builds landing pages and funnels with checkout, schedules organic posts to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Pinterest, Reddit, Bluesky and Telegram, and launches and manages paid campaigns on Meta and Google.
So the honest framing is not "which writes better copy". It is whether your marketing problem is words and workflows inside a sales organization, or finished creative that has to go live.
Revenue workflows. If your team spends its week researching accounts, writing personalized outreach and routing inbound leads, Copy.ai is built for exactly that, and Vibiz does none of it.
Cheap shared chat. The Chat plan is $29 a month, or $24 a month billed $288 a year, for five seats with unlimited words in chat and access to OpenAI, Anthropic and Gemini models (as of October 2026). For a small team that wants a shared AI writing seat, that is hard to beat.
Integrations and enterprise onboarding. The paid workflow tiers come with guided implementation, a day-15 production timeline and integrations with GTM systems. Vibiz connects to Slack, WhatsApp, HubSpot, Salesforce and Google Sheets for plain-English workflows, but it is not a sales platform.
It produces the ad. Copy.ai can write a headline. Vibiz renders the creative around it, in your colors and fonts, in Meta-ready sizes, and gives you UGC-style video and product shots from one photo. See how that works on the ads page.
It runs the campaign. Vibiz builds a Meta or Google campaign from the creatives you approved, with copy for up to three audiences, shows the service fee next to the budget, then pauses losing ads and moves budget to winners. The ad budget goes from your ad account to the platform, not through Vibiz.
It publishes. Posts land on the calendar and go out on the networks you connect, after your approval. TikTok, LinkedIn and X here are organic posts; paid campaigns run on Meta and Google only.
Copy.ai's pricing jumps sharply after Chat. Growth is $1,000 a month billed $12,000 a year for 75 seats and 20K workflow credits, Expansion $2,000 a month and Scale $3,000 a month, both billed yearly. The FAQ explains that a credit's cost depends on how many steps a workflow runs.
Vibiz Pro is $79 a month, or $63 a month billed yearly, with 250 generations, 50 posts and up to 5 brands. There is no free plan or trial, but it shows your brand kit and a first set of creatives before you subscribe.
Write down the last five marketing tasks that took you a full afternoon. If they were account research, outreach emails and translated collateral, start with Copy.ai Chat. If they were "make the ad, get it live, post about the launch", Vibiz does that end to end. Many teams could reasonably run both. For more options see Copy.ai alternatives or compare Vibiz vs Jasper.
