SocialPilot is built around an agency's week. You load client content into smart queues and a calendar, send it for client approval, publish it across ten networks, answer comments and reviews from an inbox, and send a branded PDF report at the end of the month. Its homepage leans on that story: review generation and AI review replies for Google Business and Facebook, white-label dashboards, concierge onboarding, and 24x5 support by phone, chat and email. The plans page says more than 15,000 customers use it.
Vibiz is built around a business owner's week. Paste your site and it extracts the brand, then makes the material: ad creatives, product shots, UGC-style video, a month of posts with a caption per channel, and landing pages with Stripe checkout. Posts go to 11 networks after you approve them; Meta and Google campaigns launch from the same workspace with the service fee shown first.
If you schedule other people's content, SocialPilot is the natural fit. If you make your own, read on.
Agency plumbing. Client seats, client approval workflows, white-label reports and custom fields arrive on Premium, at $100 a month or $85 billed yearly as of October 2026. Ultimate adds advanced white labelling, a dedicated account manager and migration help. Vibiz Ultra handles unlimited brands but does not describe client portals or white labelling.
Reviews. Review requests, AI replies by sentiment and sharing good reviews to social are part of the product. Vibiz has no review tools.
Predictable cost for many accounts. Fifty accounts and unlimited users on Ultimate for $200 a month, and $4 per extra account, is cheap per profile. Vibiz Pro is $79 a month, or $63 a month billed yearly and is not priced by account at all.
Bulk. Premium and above schedule 500+ posts at once by CSV. Vibiz proposes and builds a month with you rather than ingesting a spreadsheet.
Making the posts. SocialPilot's AI Pilot runs on credits (500 a month on Essentials, unlimited on Ultimate) and helps with captions; images come from Canva or your own library. Vibiz designs every visual from your brand kit and real product, and you change one by describing it. See Vibiz social posts.
Ads. SocialPilot does not describe paid campaigns. Vibiz launches Meta and Google ads using the same visuals, for example $5 a day on a $25 daily budget, and points them at a page it built. See the AI ad generator.
Fewer tools. A SocialPilot agency still needs a design tool, an ads manager and a site builder. A small business using Vibiz needs none of the three.
SocialPilot's 14-day trial needs no card, so set it up with your real accounts and send one approval link to a client: that is the feature you are buying. For Vibiz, paste your site and judge the brand kit and starter creative pack before subscribing; if you plan to advertise, check the fee on your intended daily budget. Agencies weighing a pricier suite can compare Vibiz vs Vista Social, and the wider list is on the SocialPilot alternatives page.
