Agorapulse is well liked, and its support and moderation tools are the reason. The pressure points are structural. As of October 2026 each paid plan is priced per user and includes ten social profiles; unlimited profiles only arrive on the Custom plan. Approvals start on Professional, saved replies and sentiment on Advanced, and publishing to X costs extra through the X Lite or X Plus add-ons. Listening, advocacy and benchmarking are add-ons too. A five-person team on Advanced pays five times the seat price before any of those.
There is also a scope question. Agorapulse helps you manage and measure social media. It does not make the content, and on ads it stops at moderating comments and reporting.
More people, more profiles. Sendible removes the seat charge entirely and gives far more profiles per plan, from six on Core to three hundred on Enterprise, with X and Bluesky included. Loomly charges per plan, with three users on Starter and unlimited on Beyond, and adds AI post generation. Both have lighter inboxes than Agorapulse.
Bigger organisation. Sprout Social and Hootsuite are the upgrade path for enterprise care and listening. Sprout has review management, Smart Inbox sentiment and an influencer platform; Hootsuite has trend forecasting, routing and post boosting. Both cost more per seat.
Reports on a budget. Metricool is the inexpensive pick for agencies that mostly need client reporting and competitor tracking, priced by brand, and it offers guided Google and Meta campaign creation.
Content and paid growth. Vibiz solves a different problem. If your inbox is quiet because not enough gets posted, it reads your website, builds a brand kit and produces posts and visuals, product photos and UGC-style video. It publishes organically to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Pinterest, Reddit, Bluesky and Telegram, then runs Meta and Google campaigns with a checkout page behind them. Pro is $79 a month, or $63 a month billed yearly per workspace. There is no free plan or trial, no moderation rules and a service fee on ad budget.
