Prices as of October 2026. Sprout's pricing page says annual billing next to its trial; only Essentials prints a monthly rate. Listening and Premium Analytics are paid add-ons from Standard. The Vibiz service fee on ad budget is 20% of the first $100 a day, 5% of the part up to $1,000 and 1% above that.

What Sprout Social is built around

Sprout Social sells itself on four jobs: plan and schedule content, engage with customers, analyse performance and spot trends in real-time conversations. The part it is best known for is the Smart Inbox, which pulls comments, mentions and messages from every connected profile into one queue that a team can tag, assign and answer. Review management sits on the Standard plan, keyword and location monitoring come with it, and Advanced adds sentiment in the inbox, message spike alerts, helpdesk integrations and the Sprout API. On top of that there are paid add-ons for Listening and Premium Analytics, an Employee Advocacy product and an influencer platform that searches more than 10 million creator profiles. The homepage logos show how wide the integrations go: TikTok, Instagram, Threads, Reddit, Bluesky, WhatsApp, TripAdvisor, Zendesk, Salesforce and Shopify among them.

Vibiz is not trying to be that. It reads your website, builds a brand kit with your logo, colours, tone and products, and then produces the work: written and designed posts, product photos, UGC-style video, ad creatives and landing pages with checkout. Posts go out organically to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Pinterest, Reddit, Bluesky and Telegram, each one waiting for your approval. Paid campaigns run on Meta and Google only.

The seat question

As of October 2026 Sprout lists Standard at $199, Professional at $299 and Advanced at $399 per seat per month, next to a trial that says "Annual billing". Essentials, a newer publishing plan, is shown at a lower per-seat rate billed yearly or $99 billed monthly, but it stops at five profiles. Every seat adds the full price again, and Trellis AI credits are counted per seat, at 100 a month on every plan.

Vibiz charges by workspace. Pro is $79 a month, or $63 a month billed yearly, with 250 generations, 50 posts a month and up to five brands; Ultra lifts posts and brands to unlimited. There is no free plan or trial, and ads carry a service fee on budget that Vibiz shows before launch.

Where Sprout Social is clearly better

If your social channels are a support desk, Sprout is the stronger tool by a distance. Message tagging, review management, team productivity reports and customer care reports are things Vibiz does not have. The same goes for insight work: competitor and tag reports on Professional, sentiment on Advanced and a dedicated Listening add-on. Larger companies also get SSO, white-glove onboarding and a Trust Center that procurement teams expect.

Where Vibiz is clearly better

Sprout assumes someone else makes the content. AI Assist can tidy a caption, but the visuals, the videos and the landing page still come from a designer or another tool. Vibiz makes them, keeps them on brand, and reuses the same assets in Meta and Google campaigns instead of stopping at paid-performance reports.

How to choose

Look at last month's inbox. If the work was mostly answering people, start Sprout's 30-day trial. If the work was mostly staring at an empty calendar, try Vibiz with your URL and judge the posts it drafts. For lighter suites, read Vibiz vs Agorapulse or the list of Sprout Social alternatives.

Frequently asked questions

Sprout charges per seat. As of October 2026 Standard is $199 per seat a month and Professional is $299, so three people on Professional pay $897 a month before add-ons. Essentials is cheaper per seat but limited to five profiles and publishing-focused features.
