Billo has grown from a UGC video marketplace into what it calls a creator marketing stack: UGC ads, organic posts on creator profiles, partnership ads and a CreativeOps layer for briefs and analytics. Brands still search for alternatives, usually for one of these reasons.
Price visibility. The public pricing link sends you to a login. Unless you sign up, the only number you see is the managed service, from $2,000 a month.
Creator pool. Billo lists 5,000+ creators, mostly in the US, Canada and the UK. Brands selling in other markets, or wanting influencers with audiences, look for larger marketplaces.
Time. Every human video waits on shipping, filming and review. A brand that wants twenty hooks this week runs into that limit.
The list mixes two categories, and it helps to keep them apart. Insense and Icon still use real people. Insense is a self-serve marketplace with a larger pool and influencer tools; Icon is a done-for-you package of six human-made ads a month.
MakeUGC, Arcads and Vibiz make AI video. To be clear about Vibiz: it makes AI UGC-style ads, an AI presenter or your own clip with your real product composited in. No creator receives or films your product. What you gain is speed and volume, and with Vibiz the launch on Meta and Google, a landing page and organic posts in the same plan.
Self-serve brands sign up free and pay for the videos they choose from a balance; per-video prices are not on the public site. The managed service starts at $2,000 a month, billed monthly in advance and cancellable after the first month. Vibiz has no free plan or trial: Pro is $79 a month, or $63 a month billed yearly. A side-by-side view is on Vibiz vs Billo.
You want more real creators and published prices. Insense lists 115k+ creators in 57+ countries, Meta Partnership Ads and TikTok Spark codes. Budget for three layers: the plan (from $500 a month billed quarterly), creator fees (UGC from $100 a video) and a marketplace fee.
You want someone else to run it. Icon's $1,000 a month buys six ads from two creators, with scripts you approve first and 12 to 16 days to delivery.
You want to test hooks quickly and cheaply. MakeUGC and Arcads make AI actor videos. Neither launches the ad.
You want the ad live, not just made. Vibiz writes hooks from your site, renders AI UGC-style video in three aspect ratios, launches it on Meta and builds the page it points to. Read the UGC ad cost breakdown before deciding.
Human and AI video are not either-or. Order a few creator videos from Billo or Insense, find the clip that holds attention, then upload it to Vibiz and generate new openings and offers around it. You keep the human credibility and add the testing volume.
