Loomly is a tidy tool, and its AI features have grown fast. The friction is in the plan structure. As of October 2026 Starter is $49 a month billed yearly, or $65 monthly, for 12 accounts and 3 users. The next step, Beyond, is $249 a month billed yearly for 60 accounts and unlimited users. A team of four or a small agency with five clients lands in an awkward gap between the two, and yearly plans are paid upfront with no early exit.
The other pull is scope. Loomly will draft captions and images and suggest replies, but it ends at the published post. Teams that also run ads, or that need real product photography and video, end up buying another tool anyway.
Users and clients. Sendible is the cleanest answer to the user cap. Every plan includes unlimited users, and workspaces keep each client's calendar, assets and reports apart. Approvals arrive on Plus. Buffer's Team plan also has unlimited members, priced per channel, and suits teams whose use of Loomly was mostly scheduling.
Conversations. Agorapulse puts the inbox first: moderation rules, assignments, Google reviews, team reports and a social ROI report. It bills per user, so it fits teams of one to three better than larger ones.
Budget. SocialBee starts below Loomly with evergreen category queues and unlimited AI text. Planoly is cheaper again but built for a solo creator, with a grid preview and a bio storefront rather than approvals.
Production and ads. Vibiz replaces both the planner and the extra tools. It reads your site and builds a brand kit, then makes designed posts, product shots and UGC-style video, and publishes to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Pinterest, Reddit, Bluesky and Telegram once you approve. It launches Meta and Google campaigns and builds the landing page. Pro is $79 a month, or $63 a month billed yearly. It has no free plan or trial, no listening and only a single approval step, so an agency that lives on client sign-off should look at Sendible first.
Most of these tools offer two weeks or more, while Loomly's own trial is seven days. Run the same campaign through your shortlist with the real reviewers involved, and time how long sign-off takes. If the slow part is making the content, add Vibiz to the test. Detail is in Vibiz vs Loomly and Vibiz vs Sendible.
