Sendible's headline is "unlimited users on all plans", and the rest of the product follows from that. It is aimed at marketing agencies, franchises and multi-location businesses, with pages for real estate, car dealerships, hotels, dental clinics and loan officers. Each client, brand or location gets its own workspace. Client Connect lets a client link their accounts without handing over a password. Smart compose sends one post to up to 50 profiles, dynamic fields personalise a bulk post per location, evergreen queues recycle top posts, and automated reports land in stakeholders' inboxes. Elite and Enterprise add white label, so an agency can sell the tool under its own name. Sendible says 30,000 marketers use it.
Its network list covers Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, YouTube, WordPress, Threads and Bluesky, plus Canva and Google Drive for assets.
Vibiz serves a different person: the owner or small team who has nobody to make the content. It reads your website, builds a brand kit, and produces designed posts, product photos, UGC-style video and ad creatives. Posts publish organically to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Pinterest, Reddit, Bluesky and Telegram once you approve them. Paid campaigns run on Meta and Google, and it builds landing pages with checkout.
Sendible prices by workspace and profile count. As of October 2026, on monthly billing, Core is $35 for one workspace and six profiles, Plus is $99 for three and eighteen with assignment and approvals, Premium is $199 for seven and forty-two with content libraries and branded reports, Elite is $299 for fifteen and ninety, and Enterprise is $750 for fifty workspaces, three hundred profiles and SSO. Yearly billing is advertised at 15% off. Every plan has a 14-day trial without a card.
Vibiz Pro is $79 a month, or $63 a month billed yearly and includes 250 generations, 50 posts a month and up to five brands; Ultra lifts the post and brand caps. There is no free plan or trial, and ad budgets carry a service fee shown before launch.
For an agency, Sendible's structure is hard to match: dozens of workspaces, client-safe onboarding, bulk posting with location fields and white label reporting. Google Business Profile and WordPress publishing matter to local businesses, and Vibiz does not list either. If your job is distributing content that already exists across many accounts, Sendible is the better tool.
Sendible's AI writes captions, and visuals come from Canva or your own files. Vibiz makes the visuals and video in your brand style and keeps them consistent between the feed and the ad account. It also does what Sendible does not describe at all: launch paid campaigns on Meta and Google and build the page they land on.
If you are an agency asking "how do I stop paying per seat", trial Sendible. If you are a business asking "who will make our posts and ads", try Vibiz with your URL. Both views are compared in more depth on Sendible alternatives and Vibiz vs Agorapulse.
