Most Sendible customers are agencies, and most of them are happy with the unlimited-user model. The reasons to leave are narrower. Assignment and approvals begin on Plus, which is $99 a month billed monthly as of October 2026, while Core at $35 covers one workspace and six profiles. Content libraries, campaigns and branded reports sit on Premium at $199. The AI writes captions and ideas without a usage cap, but every visual still comes from Canva, Google Drive or your own team.
So the switchers tend to be one of three types: a single brand that never needed workspaces, an agency that mostly sells reporting, or a business that realises the scheduling was never the hard part.
The single brand. Loomly gives approvals, roles and AI post generation on its first plan, for three users and twelve accounts. SocialBee is cheaper and good at recycling evergreen posts by category, but charges for extra users. Neither has client workspaces, which a single brand will not miss.
The reporting agency. Metricool prices by brand, with up to fifty brands on Advanced, Looker Studio and API access, and competitor tracking. It can also walk clients through creating Google and Meta campaigns. Agorapulse is the choice if the reporting is about community management: it has an ROI report on every plan, white-label reports and a strong moderation inbox, but it bills per user.
The large in-house team. Hootsuite brings listening, trend forecasts, routing and SSO. It is per-seat and much more expensive, and is only worth it if you need those features.
The business that needs content. Vibiz makes the posts rather than distributing them. It reads your website, builds a brand kit, and produces designed posts, product photos, UGC-style video and ad creatives. It publishes organically to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Pinterest, Reddit, Bluesky and Telegram, and runs paid campaigns on Meta and Google with a landing page behind them. Pro is $79 a month, or $63 a month billed yearly. There is no free plan, no white label and a service fee on ad budget, so an agency reselling a scheduler should stay with Sendible or Agorapulse.
Export every workspace's scheduled queue and reports before cancelling, and reconnect client accounts one at a time. Run two weeks of real posting in the new tool's trial while your Sendible plan is still active. For side-by-side detail see Vibiz vs Sendible and Vibiz vs Loomly.
