Topview does a lot. Its video agent plans scenes from a prompt, script, reference video or product URL, and the plan table lists dozens of video and image models, each with its own credit cost per few seconds. That flexibility is the appeal, and it is also why people go looking for something else.
On the day we checked, the pricing page ran a countdown offer. Monthly billing showed Basic at $8 (struck from $18), Plus at $24, Business at $58 and Ultra at $112 a month, all as of October 2026. The annual Plus price read $18 a month on one load and $36 on another. "Unlimited" generation is real but bounded: the page says it means credit-free access for a set number of days on named models, with waits that can be long, and only on topview.ai rather than through the API or MCP. None of that is hidden, but working out what a month of video will cost takes effort.
Another video tool, simpler to price. Creatify is the nearest like-for-like for ad video: AI actors, ad templates, a model playground and a free plan with 10 credits. MakeUGC narrows further to UGC, with Product in Hand and Motion Control on every plan, from $29 a month billed yearly as of October 2026. HeyGen is the pick if what you really need is a presenter speaking to camera in many languages; its Creator plan is $29 a month as of October 2026.
A free place to start. Pippit, powered by CapCut, has a free plan with daily credits and no card, plus a video agent, an image agent and an auto-publishing calendar. Its paid tiers are shown as yearly prices in US dollars, from $101 a year as of October 2026, with monthly prices in local currency.
A tool that runs the ad. Topview helps you make ad videos but does not describe launching them. Zeely makes video and static ads and launches them on Facebook and Instagram, with a fee of up to 12% on ads run through it. Vibiz makes UGC-style video and static ads, launches Meta and Google campaigns, builds the landing page with checkout and schedules organic posts. Vibiz's fee on ad budget is 20% of the first $100 a day, 5% of the part up to $1,000 and 1% above that, and the subscription is $79 a month, or $63 a month billed yearly.
Write one 30-second script for one product. Generate it in Topview and in two of the tools above, keeping the hook the same. Note the credits or allowance each render used and how many retries it took to get something you would run. Then ask what happens next: if the answer is "download it and upload to Ads Manager", a video tool is enough. If you would rather launch from where you made it, compare Vibiz vs Topview and the ads page.
