Topview calls itself an AI video agent. You describe an idea or paste a script, a reference video or a product URL, and it plans the scenes, picks models, generates the assets and keeps every shot editable on a Canvas. Around that sit Drama Studio for micro-dramas and short series, a Board for organizing outputs across image, video, audio and avatar models, a 3D Shot Composer for staging camera angles, more than 5,000 public avatars, product avatars made from your own photo, voice cloning, a TikTok Ad Library, and an API and MCP connector. Marketing is one of six use cases on the homepage, next to films, dramas and social clips.
Vibiz is narrower on video and wider on everything after it. It reads your website, writes hooks from your product and reviews, and produces UGC-style videos with 11 creator presets or your own face, plus static ads and product photography. Then it launches the ad on Meta or Google, builds the landing page with checkout and schedules organic posts. The UGC ads page shows the video workflow end to end.
Model choice and control. Topview's plan table prices dozens of models individually, from Seedance 2.5 and Veo 3.1 to Kling and Wan, with credits per few seconds of output. You can pick the model per shot and edit scenes on a canvas. Vibiz is not built around model selection: you change a video by describing the change.
Price per second. As of October 2026 the page claims Seedance 2.5 at 720p works out to $3.60 per 30 seconds on Ultra annual, and some plans include periods of credit-free generation on selected models. If you produce minutes of video a week, that maths is hard to beat.
Avatars and voices. More than 5,000 public avatars, saved video avatars and voice clones make Topview the better fit for talking-head content at scale. Vibiz has 11 presets plus your own creator.
Beyond ads. Short films, explainers and series are first-class here. Vibiz is built for marketing only.
The ad goes live. Topview's site mentions testing AI ad videos on TikTok, Instagram and Meta, but it does not describe launching campaigns. In Vibiz you connect your ad account, build the Meta or Google campaign around the videos, see the service fee on ad budget, and approve. Paid campaigns run on Meta and Google; TikTok, LinkedIn and X are organic posting.
Everything the video needs around it. Static ads, product photography, a landing page or funnel with checkout, and a posting calendar are in the same workspace.
Predictable pricing. Topview's prices were promotional with a countdown on the day we checked, and the annual Plus price changed between two loads. Vibiz has two fixed plans: $79 a month, or $63 a month billed yearly.
If your bottleneck is producing good video, start with Topview and compare its Basic or Plus plan against what you pay now. If your bottleneck is turning creative into paying customers, Vibiz removes the hand-offs between the video tool, the ads manager and the site builder. Using both is also reasonable: Topview for a hero video, Vibiz to launch it. For more video-first tools, see the Topview alternatives.
