What Zeely gets right, and where it pinches

Zeely is a strong pick for one kind of business: a small online store that sells through Instagram and wants someone, or something, to make the ads and put them live. As of October 2026 its plan cards show Starter at $29.95 a month for 2,500 credits, Plus at $49.95 and Growth at $79.95, all with the same feature list: video ads, talking reels, prompt to ad, batch static ads, avatar customization and paid campaigns. It is a Meta Business Partner, and launching on Facebook and Instagram is built in.

The friction shows up in three places. First, the FAQ says running ads through Zeely may cost up to 12% on top of the ad spend. Second, the same FAQ says plans start at $19.99 and come in weekly, bi-monthly and quarterly lengths, which does not match the cards, so the price you see depends on where you buy. Third, the paid side is Meta only on the pricing page, and there is no page builder.

Matching the reason you are leaving

"I want ads on more than Meta." Pencil lists Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Display, DV360 and LinkedIn on its $14 Core plan as of October 2026. Vibiz launches Meta campaigns and Google Search and Display campaigns. Creatify's plan table lists an Ad Launcher for Meta, TikTok and AppLovin.

"I don't want a percentage of my ad spend going to the tool." Pencil, Creatify, Pippit, AdCreative.ai and MakeUGC describe no fee on ad spend. Vibiz does charge one, 20% of the first $100 a day, 5% of the part up to $1,000 and 1% above that, and on small budgets that is more than Zeely's 12% cap. Be honest with yourself about your daily spend before you treat that as a reason to switch.

"I want to try before paying." Creatify gives 10 watermarked credits a month for free, and Pippit, which is powered by CapCut, has a free plan with daily credits and no card. MakeUGC starts any plan for $1 as of October 2026. Vibiz has no free plan or trial; it shows your brand kit and first creatives before you subscribe.

"I need the page the ad points at." Only Vibiz here builds a landing page or funnel with checkout, so an ad can go from creative to live campaign to a page that takes payment without a second tool.

"I just want more video." MakeUGC and Creatify are video-first. MakeUGC lists Product in Hand and Motion Control on every plan, from $29 a month billed yearly as of October 2026. Creatify's Pro plan, $38 a month as of October 2026, gives 1,500 AI actors and three custom avatars.

A one-week test

Pick your best-selling product. Make three UGC-style videos and three statics in Zeely and in one alternative, using the same offer. Launch the best of each with the same daily budget, and add up subscription, ad fee and spend at the end of the week. Vibiz's pricing is on the pricing page, and the head-to-head is in Vibiz vs Zeely. If video is the main job, compare Vibiz vs Topview too.
