Colossyan describes itself as an AI platform that turns existing knowledge into training and enablement content. You upload a PDF, a slide deck, a Word file or a URL, and its agent, Cora, drafts a scene-by-scene plan that you edit before anything is rendered. The use cases on its homepage are onboarding, compliance, sales enablement, internal comms and customer education, and the logos (Paramount, UPS, HPE, Under Armour) are large employers. A Paramount story mentions 20,000 employees reached on demand.
Vibiz is pointed at customers rather than employees. You paste your website, it extracts the brand, writes hooks from your product and reviews, and films a creator-style ad with one of 11 presets or your own face holding your real product. The finished video goes straight into a Meta campaign, and the same workspace makes static ads, a landing page with checkout and organic posts.
So the honest first question is who will watch the video. A new hire watching a policy module and a stranger scrolling Instagram need very different things.
Interactive learning. Quizzes, buttons and branching paths, with scores sent to an LMS through SCORM, are core features. Professional includes 5 SCORM exports a month and Enterprise is unlimited, in both streaming and self-contained formats. Colossyan Learn, for full courses, is included on paid plans. Vibiz has nothing comparable.
Documents as input. If your raw material is a 40-page handbook, Colossyan's document-to-video flow is the shorter path. Vibiz starts from a website and a product.
Languages and avatars. The pricing page lists 300+ stock avatars, 700+ stock voices and 120+ languages (the homepage says 100+), with script, voiceover and on-screen text translated together. Vibiz captions in the language of your site.
Governance. SOC 2 Type II, SAML SSO, a dedicated CSM and EU or US data residency are on offer, and Colossyan says customer content is not used to train its models.
A free way in. Starter costs nothing, needs no card and includes 20 NEO minutes a month. Vibiz has no free plan or trial.
The ad, launched. Colossyan's output leaves as a file, a link or a SCORM package. Vibiz builds the Meta campaign around your videos (audiences, budget, placements, copy for up to three segments), runs Google Search and Display from the same place, and shows the service fee before you approve.
Feed-native formats. Each Vibiz video renders in 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9 with burned-in captions and music, which is what Reels, feed and YouTube placements expect. The UGC ads page shows the flow.
Everything around the video. Static creatives, a landing page with checkout and scheduled posts across 11 networks, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads and Pinterest, are in the same plan.
Colossyan's Professional plan shows $59 a month with the yearly toggle on, which the page labels as 34% off; the month-to-month figure is not printed. That plan includes 30 NEO minutes and 10 NEO2 minutes a month, 20 custom avatars and $30 a month per extra editor. On yearly plans the minutes arrive up front and do not roll over. Enterprise is quoted by sales and billed annually.
Vibiz Pro is $79 a month, or $63 a month billed yearly, with 250 generations and 50 posts. Launching ads adds a service fee on ad budget, for example $6 a day on a $30 daily budget. Full detail is on the pricing page.
If the finished video lands in an LMS, an intranet or a help centre, open Colossyan's free plan and build one module. If it lands in an ad account and needs a page to send people to, Vibiz covers more of that path. Other avatar tools are compared in Vibiz vs Synthesia and the Colossyan alternatives.
