Vibiz vs Planoly: grid planner or content and ads?

Planoly wins for creators who shoot their own content and want a grid preview and a link-in-bio store. Vibiz wins when you need the content made and Meta and Google ads run.

Which is better, Vibiz or Planoly?

PlanolyPick Planoly if

  • You already shoot your own photos and Reels and just need to plan them
  • Previewing the Instagram grid before posting matters to you
  • You sell digital products or bookings from a link-in-bio page
  • Your budget is closer to $14 a month than a full marketing tool

Best for: Creators and solo sellers who make their own photos and videos and sell through a link in bio.

Pick Vibiz if

  • You have products to sell but no time to make posts each week
  • You want paid Meta and Google campaigns, not only organic posts
  • You need a proper landing page with checkout, not a bio link
  • You want posts on Reddit, Bluesky or Telegram too

Best for: Small businesses that want posts written and designed for them, plus landing pages and Meta and Google campaigns.

Prices as of October 2026, read from Planoly's pricing toggle. Its homepage shows the Pro plan as $444 billed annually, which does not match $47 a month; check checkout. Extra social sets cost $10 (Growth) or $8 (Pro) a month. The Vibiz service fee on ad budget is 20% of the first $100 a day, 5% of the part up to $1,000 and 1% above that.

A planner for people who already make things

Planoly says it invented grid planning, and the product still reflects that. You upload photos and videos into a media library, drag them around a preview of your Instagram feed until it looks right, and schedule them across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Threads and Pinterest. When a platform lets it, Planoly auto-posts; when it does not, or when you want native music and editing, it sends a push reminder so you post by hand. AI suggests post ideas, keywords and captions, and the calendar flags holidays, pop culture moments and trending video formats each week. The commercial side is a link-in-bio page that works as a storefront for digital downloads, services, bookings and merch with no transaction fees, plus automated Instagram DM replies. Planoly says more than 8 million small business owners, creators and social media managers use it.

Vibiz assumes you do not have the content yet. It reads your website, extracts your brand kit, and then writes and designs the posts, makes product photos and UGC-style video, and proposes a month of publishing across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Pinterest, Reddit, Bluesky and Telegram. Each post waits for your approval. It also builds landing pages with checkout and launches paid campaigns on Meta and Google.

Price, honestly

Planoly is far cheaper. As of October 2026 its pricing toggle shows Starter at $14 a month billed annually or $16 monthly, Growth at $24 or $28, and Pro at $47 or $55, with a free tier inside the mobile app capped at 10 uploads a month. Paid plans come with a 14-day trial. Vibiz Pro is $79 a month, or $63 a month billed yearly, with no free plan or trial, and ads add a service fee on budget.

The gap is what each price buys. Planoly's money goes on planning and selling what you made. Vibiz's goes on making the material and putting ad spend behind it.

Where Planoly is the better choice

If you are a photographer, a coach, a creator or a boutique owner who enjoys shooting content and cares how the grid looks, Planoly fits better. The visual planner, native-post reminders and a fee-free bio store are exactly the tools you need, and Vibiz does not describe a grid preview. Planoly is also the safer pick on a tight budget: its top plan, with six users, still costs less than Vibiz Pro.

Where Vibiz is the better choice

If the reason your feed is quiet is that nobody makes the posts, a planner will not fix it. Vibiz produces the posts and the video, sends paid traffic through Meta and Google ads, and gives that traffic a landing page with checkout instead of a list of links. It also covers Reddit, Bluesky and Telegram, which a Planoly social set does not list.

A simple test

Count how many finished posts you have sitting in your camera roll right now. If it is more than a month's worth, take Planoly's 14-day trial and lay them out. If it is close to zero, paste your URL into Vibiz and judge the month it drafts. For a wider view, see Planoly alternatives.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. Planoly Starter is $14 a month billed annually as of October 2026, and there is a free tier in its mobile app. Vibiz Pro costs more because it makes the posts, builds landing pages and launches Meta and Google campaigns, which Planoly does not describe.
