Publer assumes you already have something to post. You connect accounts, drop in text and media (or a CSV of up to 500 posts), and it publishes on a calendar or an auto-scheduling queue. The plans page lists a long tail of extras for people who post a lot: first comments and threads, post recycling with spintax, RSS automations, a feed preview for Instagram and TikTok, holiday hashtags, link shortener integrations and a Linkie link-in-bio page that fills itself from your posts. It reaches Facebook profiles, pages and groups, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, X, Mastodon, Bluesky, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Business, YouTube, WordPress and Telegram. The homepage claims more than 500,000 users and 13 years in the business.
Vibiz assumes the opposite: the calendar is empty because nobody has time to fill it. Paste your website and it extracts the brand kit, then proposes a month of posts with a caption per channel and a designed visual, using the same product shots and video cuts as your ads. Each post waits for your approval. It publishes to 11 networks: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Pinterest, Reddit, Bluesky and Telegram. Around that sit things a scheduler does not try to do: landing pages and funnels with Stripe checkout, an inbox with suggested replies, and Meta and Google campaigns launched from the same place.
The bill. As of October 2026 Publer prices per social account. With one account selected, Professional is $5 a month or $4 billed yearly, and Business is $10 or $8. Three accounts on Professional cost $15 a month. Vibiz Pro is $79 a month, or $63 a month billed yearly. If you only need publishing, Publer costs a fraction of that.
A usable free tier. Three accounts and ten queued posts per account, with no card. The catch is that X is excluded on the free plan and published posts stay in history for only 24 hours.
Bulk and automation. CSV bulk scheduling, RSS feeds, evergreen recycling and spintax variations are built for accounts that post several times a day. Vibiz plans a month of posts with you; it is not a mass-upload tool.
Reach. Google Business profiles, Facebook groups, Mastodon, WordPress sites and Telegram groups and channels are all on Publer's list. Vibiz does not list Mastodon or WordPress.
The content itself. Publer's AI Assist drafts text and images, and you can open Canva inside it, but you are still the designer. Vibiz produces the visuals from your brand and your real product, and you change any of them by describing the change. See how a month of posts is made.
Paid reach. Publer does not describe running ads. In Vibiz, a post that lands can become a Meta or Google ad without a new design; the service fee on ad budget is shown before launch, for example $8 a day on a $40 daily budget.
A page that sells. Linkie is a link list. Vibiz builds landing pages with checkout.
Write down how many hours a week go into making posts and how many into scheduling them. If scheduling is the pain, Publer at a few dollars per account, with a 7-day trial on Professional and a 14-day money-back guarantee, is hard to beat. If making the posts is the pain, or you also need the ad and the page, Vibiz shows your brand kit and a starter creative pack before you subscribe.
